Wall Panel Assembly:
General Duties:
* Work indoors, year-round
* Read and understand wall requirements according to cut sheets
* Prepare and assemble prefabricated wall panels from pre-cut wood
* Use of hand tools and power tools
* Perform checks on product output to ensure quality control
* Track project completion at various checkpoints
* Maintain a clean working environment
* Maintain flow of production
General Requirements:
* Ability to thrive in a team environment
* Possess a positive and solution-oriented attitude
* Punctuality, loyalty, and reliability
* A drive to meet all time-related and team-related production goals
* Adherence to company safety procedures
* Thoroughness in recording and maintaining daily logs
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
* Ability to make quick decisions utilizing spatial awareness and co-ordination
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Capacity to understand and follow oral and written instructions
* Capability to stand for an extended period and lift 50 pounds
* Carpentry/wood framing experience considered an asset
* No prior experience necessary / Training will be provided
Normal working hours are 7:00-4:30 and Friday 7:00-3:30 (Overtime may sometimes be required). P3 Panel Company offers a competitive wage and benefit package commensurate with experience.

Senior Wall Panel Designer:
General Duties:
* Convene with management, customers, and consultants to discuss project requirements
* Work using Vertex BD Design Software
* Develop 3D models for prefab wall assemblies
* Generate wall material lists and fabrication drawings
* Ensure all specifications are met in designs
* Receive and process changes to designs
* Liase with production team during the fabrication process
* Coach and assist Junior designers

* Adherence to company safety procedures
* Thoroughness in recording and maintaining daily logs

* Capacity to read construction drawings
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
* Experience with 3D Design Software and knowledge of the wood framing industry
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
